Approve minutes from 8/1/17
Discuss possibility of day/time change for meetings to enable Town Administrator to be able to attend.
Discussion the evaluation criteria the committee will use to evaluate the responses to the RFQ.
Discuss any questions that have come in from potential designers in response to the RFQ.
Open period (1 hour) to solicit input from townspeople on overarching community needs. 3-minute time limit to allow time for multiple people to speak.
Plan future meetings and agendas.
